General terms:

salary package: 200K RMB before tax and not including commission.

normal working days monday to friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, saturday 9.30am
to 12.30pm.

Leave entitlement is : 10 days.

addtionally , we will based on china holidays as decleared by chinese government.

below are what the company will offer:

1) 4 rounds trips ticket for full year of service. i.e if the staff completed every 3mths of service, he or she will entitle to one round trips ticket to korea and back to shanghai for every 3 monthsshe served. 2)company will provide housing -shared apartment with his or her own room.

3)china tax shall be paid by the candidates. tax rate in china is about 15-20% for this salary bracket but we can help her to reduce this to min.with our accountant. she will still need to pay some tax but will be minimun.

4)basic salary and commission(see below:)

4.1 commission will only kick in after completed 5 walk in customers each month as sales target(students and customers attending the training classes are excluded) i.e from 6th walk in customer and above, the candidate will enjoy a max of 15% commission on the sales made.

5) we will compensate pension @10% per korean law. .

6)Her salary will be reviewed annually.
