Position: Country Manager, Korea / Sales Department

Report to: General Manager (Based in Shanghai)

Responsibilities:
1) Capturing arising market opportunities
2) Develop Key account customer related Commercial Solar project and ground mounted projects
3) Develop the market accordingly to create more business opportunities
4) Represent company, develops the relationship in local region with government and project investor/developer
5) Acquisitions of new customers and management of existing customers
6) Tracking of Key Account activities in Sales Force and regular reporting to leader.
7) Participation in local and regional trade fairs
8) Growing company market share
9) Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
10) Support marketing activities and market communications
11) Building and demonstrating a good understanding of the market and industry
12) Implementation of action plans for reaching the sales targets of the company
13) Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients
14) Manage the Korean team
Qualification:
1) Good understanding of the local Korean market
2) A minimum of 5 years (Sales Manager) successful B2B sales experience in PV Solar industry in the local Korean market
3) Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
4) Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
5) Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
6) Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as intercultural skills
7) High reliability and ability to work under pressure
8) Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent team worker
9) Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
10) Strong analytical mindset, ability to convert facts into insights
11) Strong business acumen
12) Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
13) Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
