B:Seller will review documents and upon approval A2A within 48-72 hours.

After seller attorney connects:

Resubmit of documents will be requested:

1. Letter of Intent and Proof of Funds ( vetting 3 to 5 days).

2. FCO issued and signed.

3. Sale and Purchase Agreement draft and proforma invoice (while waiting vetting to be confirmed).

4. Letter of Attestation of stock confirmation + finalised Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Current SGS (5 to 7 days) . Please note that delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not a sign of order failure but will be communicated accordingly for the Buyers peace of mind.

6. Fresh SGS

7. Shipment

8. Release of Escrow

9. Notice of transfer ownership
