EMC는 전 세계 각지에 글로벌 고객 서비스 센터를 설립하고 글로벌 서비스 센터를 통해 원격으로 기술지원을 제공하고 있습니다. 저희들의 목표는 고객 밀도 및 전문 특별 분야에서 로컬 언어까지 지원하는것입니다.

EMC는 2008년에 상해에서 고객 서비스 센터를 설립하였습니다. 회사의 성장과 제품의 가폭으로 말미암아 저희는 거의 모든 EMC 제품 라인을 커버하고 있으며 여러가지 언어인 영어, 한국어, 일본어, 중국어를 포함한 기술 지원을 제공합니다.

-          아래 임의의 한 제품에 관련하여 기술 지원하는 관심 및 열정 가지신 분: 
스토리지 하드웨어, 스토리지 스프트웨어, 가상화 제품 등.

-          원활한 한국어 및 중국어 커뮤니케이션(쓰기, 듣기, 말하기) 능력 및 영어 쓰기 능력 보유자.

-          영어 구술 성적 우수자 우대.

What does Customer Service Center do? 

EMC delivers remote customer support through Global Customer Service Centers. We have built and implemented centers across the globe. It aims to address customer density, specialized expertise areas, and local language support.

In Shanghai, we established Customer Service Center in 2008. With team growth and product abundance, we cover almost all EMC product lines and provide multiple-languages technical support, including English, Korean, Japan and Mandarin.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with strong logical analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of major operating systems
• Ability to communicate with customers over the phone or email
• Interest and passion in remote technical support positions (in any of these products): storage hardware, storage software, virtualization products, etc.
• Good listening, speaking and writing ability in Korean and Mandarin, good writing ability in English
• Oral English proficiency would be an advantage
