As far as Mediacom is concerned, the payment has already been sent thru our bank and this is the reason why the Branch manager of Habib Bank sent you a certification letter that the money has gone to New York Bank and credited to your China Bank. Whatever procedures they do that delays the payment to you is already beyond our control. We have requested Habib Bank since the other day to send a TRACER to determine what happened to the funds. This will take few days.

However, if you will still insist on waiting for the money to be credited to your account before releasing this goods which is already in Dubai Airport since last week, this will greatly affect our operations and will delay your future shipments. In fact, we have already lost the value of shipping it by Air. Had we known that this will happen, we would have just requested you to ship it by sea. Imagine that we spent about $10,000 just to ship it by air.

Please request Mr. Park to release this cargo because the money is already in the hands of the banks, not with us anymore. Its just a matter of follow up with them. And you can also ask him that in order to save time, please send the other 400pcs now. Anyway, you know that we cannot release the goods without your order to the shipping agent.

Mr. Park has already enjoyed so much business and profit from our company in the past 2 years and I dont think it is a good idea to hold our goods which is very small quantity. He was giving us credit facility even up to 2 x 20ft container value. Why does he make our relationship difficult just because of the inefficiency of our or maybe your bank.  Maybe your bank has already received the money since few days but still holding it and delaying to release it.

If Mr. Park cannot take this small risk just because of $28,000 I feel that he is not doing good business policy to his biggest customer. Everyday of delay is causing us a lot of loss in market sales and oppurtunity. Please tell him that if he does not release this cargo by tomorrow morning, we might have to cancel all our remaining orders.
